Jetpak DX
Completed on May 17, 1999

I made this right around the time I was getting into Gameboy Color development. There was this guy, Quang, who had made a nice little game for the Gameboy called 'Jetpak DX', using a specially made c compiler called GBDK. Seeing this was a big inspiration for me - I knew I could do something as good as that, and I'd come back from Japan with a few ideas I wanted to put into motion.

Needless to say, Quang's game was a big inspiration for me to get the ball rolling with serious game development, and for that, I drew him a title logo for his Jetpak DX webpage. I'd link to it, but I couldn't find it up anywhere.

Quang and I lost touch a while later, but not before he saw my first game for the Gameboy called Drymouth. I was really happy to show it to him, because he indirectly contributed to its creation.
